We hope this page gives you some clarity about what’s involved during the design process. Depending on your requirements you should expect this process to take between 3-5 weeks, from start to finish.
First get in touch with us via the Contact page with details about your logo needs. We provide two design packages, please refer to our Services page for details and pricing. We aim to reply within 48 hours. Depending on how busy we are at the time we might be able to start your project right away. If we are super busy, you may have to wait a while before we get started. Either way, we will keep you in the loop.
You will receive our Getting To Know You form. This form is designed to help us understand your business and requirements. You will also receive a document with Terms and Conditions.
Once you have filled in our Getting To Know You form and paid in full or at least a 75% deposit we can continue with the design phase.
Revision One
Within 5-10 days of the deposit being paid, you will receive a presentation including two logo design concepts. These concepts are far from the final design, this stage is all about establishing the appropriate design route and understanding your goals a little better.
Revision Two
Once we have received your feedback regarding the initial Ideas Share we can continue to develop the ideas further. At this stage, you will be presented with more refined concepts.
Revision Three
With your feedback taken into account, we can continue to tweak the design further to satisfy your needs.
At this stage, we hope that both parties are satisfied with the outcome. If you are still not quite happy with the design at this point no worries, we can continue to work on it however, PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY DESIGN WORK COMPLETED AFTER THIS STAGE WILL BE CHARGED AT AN ADDITIONAL HOURLY RATE.
If required we will send you a second invoice for the full service cost.
Finally, we will send you all the required deliverables. Including multiple file types and relevant supporting documents. To see what’s included in the deliverables please refer to our Services page.
